We’re thrilled to share our exciting news with you—Smile Hilliard is expanding to better meet the needs of our growing patient base!
Fortunately, we don’t need to relocate our office, because we’ve leased the available space right next door. We’re extremely excited about the opportunity to use this additional space for our patients’ dental care.
This expansion means we’ll be able to offer greater flexibility and availability to our awesome—and highly valued—patients.
Does this Mean You’re Closed for Construction?
Nope! Well, at least not yet. Throughout the construction process, business will continue as usual as much as possible.
Because we won’t be breaking through the dividing wall between the two spaces for several months, you shouldn’t notice any difference when you come in for your next appointment. At most, perhaps you’ll hear a hammer here or there, but construction noise should remain at a minimum so you can relax as usual during your visit.
We will eventually need to connect the two spaces, at which time we’ll need to close the office for a short period (approximately 2 weeks) to ensure our patients’ safety and comfort. We will remain available by phone and email during this time, to handle any appointment requests or dental emergencies that may arise.
Bigger Spaces = Some New Faces!
Along with the growth of our physical footprint, we will also be adding some wonderful new staff members to our dental team! As we have welcomed you into our dental home, we hope you will welcome these new dental superstars as they are brought on board. We promise that they will deliver the same excellent care and service that you are accustomed to receiving from our current team.
