Appointment Policy
We pride ourselves on being a small, local business that is dedicated to your oral health, getting to know you and your family, and giving you the absolute best dental care and treatment outcomes possible. We offer convenient appointment times, always run “on time”, and never double book appointments, which allows you to have ample time with your hygienist and doctor. - 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Confirmed appointments that are unattended or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee which must paid before the appointment will be rescheduled.
- All appointments must be confirmed via a phone call, text message, or email. Unconfirmed appointments will be removed from the schedule 24 hours prior to the appointment time and offered to other patients as a courtesy.
- Repeated misuse of reserved appointment time at Smile Hilliard may result in dismissal from the practice.
