What insurance does your practice take?
We are an unrestricted dental provider and can accept any PPO insurance plan that allows you to choose your dentist. However, we cannot accept Medicare, Medicaid, Molina, and CareSource insurance plans or any HMO/DMO insurance that assigns you to a specific provider. Non-insured patients can take advantage of our Smile Hilliard Membership Club.
What happens at the first appointment?
Our clinical team in Hilliard will discuss your oral health history, dental concerns, and any aspects of your smile you’d like to address. One of our dentists will then conduct a thorough oral exam and oral cancer screening. If we detect any issues during your examination, we will discuss them with you and provide treatment options.

At what age should I bring my child to the dentist?
You should bring your child for their first appointment by the time they reach age 3. However, at-home brushing and flossing should occur as soon as teeth appear. The sooner you have their first dental visit, the easier it will be to prevent dental problems from occurring. Schedule an initial pediatric dental consultation with our office to get them started.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans through Care Credit. We also offer the following forms of payment:

You can also save money by joining our Smile Hilliard Membership Club.
By joining this month-to-month savings club, you get the following:
- Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
- Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
- A $160 Lifetime Activation Fee, which includes the first month
We offer child, adult, and perio memberships to ensure every family member is covered.
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
A confirmed appointment must be canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Confirmed unattended or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, which must be paid before the appointment can be rescheduled.
